Red Rock demonstrates good size with excellent internal dark red color. Along with this it also has a good single center percentage. It has good Pink Root and Fusarium Tolerance. This variety also has a very good red scale and produces a nice firm bulb that can be stored several months. Compare to: Mata Hari Disease Ratings: High tolerance to Bolting. Good tolerance to Pink Root and Fusarium.
